Being sons of the Greek diaspora who were raised on opposite ends of the earth, Costa spent his youth engaging with the fascinating life of 80’s and 90’s Johannesburg. Dimitri was at the same time navigating the wayward & confusing cultural mores of life in a landlocked Australian country town. But the one common thread? We were both raised with a fierce affection for our ancient heritage and the modern legacy that is Greece.


Our individual peripatetic paths would eventually merge here in this mighty cradle of civilisation where we would both decide to raise our young families. Shortly after becoming friends in Athens, we realized that we shared a passion, not just for Greece and its profound beauty, unparalleled lifestyle and epicurean ethos, but for its stellar wines too. We believe wholeheartedly that the wines of Greece have been too long forgotten, and that these unsung treasures of the vine must be brought out from the famed Mediterranean sunlight for all to enjoy.
 
We are honoured to be able to play a small role in the epic narrative of Greek wine, as it enters this exciting new chapter of much-deserved recognition on the world stage.
